All of our beautiful amber teething necklaces are made from genuine natural baltic amber. For the best results it is recommended that the amber be worn as much as possible in direct contact with the skin. It is very important that the necklace is short enough that the child is not able to get it to their mouth, as an Amber necklace in NOT designed to be chewed on, please be sure to measure for the correct length for you child. A child should be supervised at all times while wearing the necklace and the necklace should be removed while the child is sleeping. The necklaces are individually knotted between each piece of amber and the string is designed to stretch when a good amount of pressure is applied, and break if necessary. To preserve the properties of the necklace and prolong its life, we recommend you remove the necklace during bathtime and swimming, gently clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth and avoid the use of any detergents on the necklace.
