The 27oz Klean Kanteen Classic is the perfect bottle for your non stop life. Like every Klean Kanteen, the 27oz bottle is made of 100% recyclable, 18/8, food-grade, stainless steel so it doesn't need a special lining like some other metal bottles. It's completely BPA-free and won't leach toxins or funky flavours into your water, juice, smoothie or drink of choice. Plus it weighs only 6.125 ounces and is incredibly durable, so it will last for years.
The large-mouth design allows you to pour in big stuff like ice cubes, and makes cleaning your Klean Kanteen Classic as simple as washing it with mild soap and warm water or throwing it in the dishwasher. Yet the slim design fits into most cup holders. Day after day, year after year, your Klean Kanteen Classic will keep your drinks fresh, crisp and clean tasting.

The Klean Kanteen Sports Cap 2.0

From Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks, you can choose your Klean Kanteen with a range of caps - The poly sports cap 2.0 has an air vent to improve flow. This vent is plugged with a small silicone plug, the plug helps to keep the water inside, but this cap is not completely leak proof as this valve can sometimes leak a small amount if the bottle is on its side or upside down.

For a completely leak-proof bottle, opt for the stainless steel flat, stainlees steel loop or the poly loop cap. If choosing a Stainless flat or loop cap please note these are NOT dishwasher safe.

Protecting the paint on coloured bottles

When Klean Kanteen developed their coloured bottles, the most important thing was to find a safe and durable paint that also looked dynamite. They reviewed and tested dozens of different paints and selected an acrylic paint that contains no toxins or lead. Just like anything that's painted, it is possible to chip or scratch the paint on your coloured Klean Kanteen bottles. To prolong the life of your paint, hand wash your bottle and don't use abrasive agents to clean it. Please note coloured bottles and stainless caps are NOT dishwasher safe.
