Wooden toys

Wood is beautiful, natural, regenerative and engages your senses. It has texture, sounds different and smells good. Bacteria cannot reproduce on wood. This all is not true for plastic or metal.

Wooden toys provide a stimulating tactile experience for children. The wooden toys we stock at Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks have been choosen because they will encorage open ended play and fire the imagination.

All paint/dyes used are water based and non toxic, as is any natural oil used. This means it is safe when your little one mouths the toys.
