Sophie the Giraffe

Sophie the Giraffe was born on 25th May 1961 - St Sophie's Day! (hence her name) and looked exactly the same then as she does today. Sophie is still traditionally produced to this day, in the Haute-Savoie region of France. She is made from 100% natural toxin free rubber derived from the sap of the Hevea tree. Sophie comes beautifully presented in a gift box.

Sophie the Giraffe is an ideal first toy for babies, stimulating each of their senses from the age of 3 months:
