Due to the current situation, orders are taking a longer than normal to arrive with Royal Mail, taking up to 2 weeks to arrive to some parts of the country, please allow for this longer delivery time when placing orders which are required for special celebrations. Our payment gateways are Stripe and Paypal - this accepts payments by the following methods:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Bank Transfer by prior arrangement
Items will be dispatched once we receive cleared payment.
Shipping is not included in the purchase price.
Please note that we post Mon-Fri excluding public holidays, while we do endeavour to dispatch orders within 24hrs from Mon-Fri, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Free postage on orders over £70
- All orders over £70 will be dispatched free of charge within 5 working days by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Delivery typically 2-3 working days once items are dispatched.
- In the case where items are returned for refund and this brings the order total below £70 a £3 postage fee will be deducted from the refund.
Mainland UK Postage just £3 on orders under £70
- Sent via Royal Mail Second Class to UK, delivery typically 2-4 working days once items are dispatched.
- All orders placed between Mid-day Friday and Midnight Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
We are a VAT registered company (105 5411 55) - 20% of all sales goes directly to HMRC, include 20% paid on P&P.
All product prices are displayed inclusive of UK VAT at a rate of 20%.
Orders being shipped outside of the EU with both shipping and billing address outside the EU will have this Tax removed in the checkout before you pay but may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches its destination country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no visibility of these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred, regardless of the circumstances.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs. However please allow up to 5 working days after placing your order for your order to ship.
If the dispatch of your order will be delayed for more than 5 working days we will contact you and refund payment should you wish. If you require your item urgently please email us prior to ordering so that we can confirm delivery times.
Normal delivery times are within 3 working days for standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) this is counted from the day of dispatch, not from the date of placing your order. If your item has not arrived within this time frame please contact your local sorting office in the first instance as they may be holding your item for you; if it has not arrived with them please contact us.
We will try to accommodate any delivery instructions, but please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, or you have not registered with Royal Mail that your post should not be left with neighbours, we and the courier or Royal Mail cannot be held responsible if the parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen.
You can choose not to have deliveries left with a neighbour by completing a form on the Royal Mail website.
In order to be able to provide our customers with low cost delivery, we send parcels via 2nd class standard Royal Mail, which means we will not be able to track your parcel.
In line with Royal Mail published guidelines, you must allow 15 working days if you have not received your parcel after we have sent you a dispatch notice. You should always check with your local delivery office to ensure they are not holding your parcel before contacting us. Items that are lost in the post will be investigated by us submitting a claim to Royal Mail. If you parcel does not arrive we will refund or resend the parcel only after Royal Mail have completed their investigations.
To help reduce our impact on the environment we try to reuse packaging materials where possible. The packaging materials we receive and reuse may not always fit in with the ethos of our company, but we feel it is better for the environment to re-use them than dump them straight into landfill. While some packages may have a 'pre-loved' look about them, be reassured that it is of the utmost importance to us that the products you have ordered reach you in perfect condition, so they will always be carefully and securely packaged, usually in a mixture of new and recycled packaging materials
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us before sending any packages back to us to inform us of your intentions.
Should you decide you do not wish to keep an item purchased from us, we are happy to accept returns for refund provided that you notify us of your intent to return an item within 15 calendar days of receiving your original order. It can take up to a further 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. All goods must be in brand new condition with all packaging and instructions intact. A deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Should the item show signs of use we can not accept it as a return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not in their original condition. All refunds are issued to your original payment method to the value of the item, excluding postage and packaging, we will notify you once the refund has been made. It can take up to 10 working days until you see the refund in your account.
Both the original postage & the return postage cost are non-refundable.
Please ensure that you retain your proof of postage of your returned item. You are responsible for all items until they reach our in our possession, we can not refund or exchange items that are not delivered back to us. If your return goes missing with your chosen courier or postage service, you will need to make a claim directly with the service yourself as the sender of the item.
RETURN OF SALE GOODS
For Sale and discounted products, you must cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods and post them back to us within a further 8 days.
Both the original postage & the return postage cost are non-refundable.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. On inspection of the goods to identify if it is a manufacturing fault we will issue an exchange or full refund. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a manufacturing fault. Return postage costs to the value of Royal Mails 2nd class signed for service will be reimbursed in cases of return due to faulty items only. In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging to enable us to claim from the postal service. Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return.
In the case of faulty goods we will refund postage up to the maximum value of Royal Mails standard 2nd Class service. Please ensure that you keep your proof of postage which you would require to make a claim with Royal Mail in the event of your package going missing, as you are responsible for all goods until goods until they are in our possession.
You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received, according to the Regulations set down by the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 14-day cooling-off period. The goods MUST be unused and unopened or it will be deemed that you have accepted them. Postage will not be reimbursed for cancellations, all return postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the the customer.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Please note all prices quoted are in GBP and exclude postage and packaging.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
Discount codes are also not valid on selected products and brands.
Please note that discounts can not be applied retrospectively.

Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks offers a full after-sale support service, which continues indefinitely. We will help you with any queries and are available via email after your purchase should you need any advice.
Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur. All product images are supplied by the manufacturer, please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and all colours are as a representative guide only. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights. Little Acorns to Mighty Oaks Ltd cannot be held liable for the content of any 3rd party links.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
