Delivery of Your Order

  • We only retail and deliver within the UK.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs Monday to Friday.

  • Orders under £50 - £3.50 for Royal Mail 48

  • Royal Mail 24 available (this servcie takes at least 2 working days)
  • Free delivery on orders over £50 by Royal Mail 48 tracked

  • Special Delivery orders dispatched same day if placed before midday.

  • For Saturday Guaranteed Delivery place order before midday Friday

Large items sent by ParcelForce, and at our discretion.

We ship Mon-Fri only. We aim to dispatch orders placed after mid day Friday on the following Monday.

Please note that Royal Mail 24 and 48 services are not time frame guaranteed services - Royal Mail 24 typically takes a minimum of 2 working days, and Royal Mail 48 takes 3-5 working days.  During busy times, and times of severe weather conditions delivery can take longer.

The following postcodes are exempt from Royal Mail's Special Delivery time guarantees.  Delivery can take longer with Royal Mails Special Delivery Service to reach these postcodes:

We will try to accommodate any delivery instructions, but please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, or you have not registered with Royal Mail that your post should not be left with neighbours, we and the courier or Royal Mail cannot be held responsible if the parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen.

You can choose not to have deliveries left with a neighbour by completing a form on the Royal Mail website.

Packaging

To help reduce our impact on the environment we try to reuse packaging materials where possible. The packaging materials we receive and reuse may not always fit in with the ethos of our company, but we feel it is better for the environment to re-use them than dump them straight into landfill. While some boxes may have a 'pre-loved' look about them, be reassured that it is of the utmost importance to us that the products you have ordered reach you in perfect condition, so they will always be carefully and securely packaged, usually in a mixture of new and recycled packaging materials.

Can I claim VAT back when ordering from the Channel Islands?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund VAT paid on orders made from our site. Whilst UK law states that we can reduce the cost of our online sales to accommodate zero rated VAT purchases, we are not obliged to do so. Unfortunately we have had to make this choice as our current website checkout does not accommodate this functionality.
