Delivery Information

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
  • On orders under £50 - £3 for Standard Delivery or £12 for Royal Mail Speical Delivery (2kg weight limit)
  • On orders over £50 - Free Standard Delivery or £12 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (2kg weight limit)
  • Please note for same day dispatch with Royal Mail Special Delivery orders must be placed before 1pm.

Standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail's second class service and should arrive within 2-4 days from when your order is shipped. During busy times, and times of severe weather conditions can take a little longer.

Please be aware that there is a 2kg weight limit on orders shipped by Royal Mails Special Delivery service.

We will try to accommodate any delivery instructions, but please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, we and the courier cannot be held responsible if the parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen.


To help reduce our impact on the environment we try to reuse packaging materials where possible. The packaging materials we receive and reuse may not always fit in with the ethos of our company, but we feel it is better for the environment to re-use them than dump them straight into landfill. While some boxes may have a 'pre-loved' look about them, be reassured that it is of the utmost importance to us that the products you have ordered reach you in perfect condition, so they will always be carefully and securely packaged, usually in a mixture of new and recycled packaging materials.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us before sending any packages back to us to inform us of your intentions.

Should you decide you do not wish to keep an item purchased from us, we are happy to accept refunds provided they are returned to us within 28 days and in brand new condition with all packaging and instructions intact. A deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Should the item show signs of use we can not accept it as a return unless there is a fault. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new unused condition for a full refund to the value of the item, excluding postage and packaging. The cost of return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. On inspection of the goods to identify if it is a manufacturing fault we will issue an exchange or full refund. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a manufacturing fault. Return postage costs will be reimbursed in cases of return due to faulty items only. In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging to enable us to claim from the postal service. Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return. We strongly advise that any returns are sent to us via Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for articles lost in transit.


You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received, according to the Regulations set down by the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 14-day cooling-off period. The goods MUST be unused and unopened or it will be deemed that you have accepted them. Postage will not be reimbursed for cancellations, all return postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the the customer.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Instruction for returns

Please ensure that products are in new/unused condition and in their original sealed packaging, in a sell able condition.

Please package return items adequately to ensure that the product packaging is not damaged in transit. Please note – with the exception of amber products a padded envelope does not provide adequate protection, please use a box and void fill. A padded envelope is required for Amber returns which must be sent at Royal Mails Large Letter rate.

We are unable to refund or exchange returned items that have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Ensure that you include a note with your name and order number and details of the return.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office counter, which you would require to claim from Royal Mail in the event of your item going missing, as we unable to issue refunds for packages that we do not receive back. You may wish to use a signed for service. We will inform you as soon as we receive the item. Please return items to:
